Life on the Line premieres at Santa Barbara International Film Festival
the people in Fine Line Films movies
We create films about human beings who find themselves caught up in some of the most important social issues of our time. The stories are told from the point of view of regular people who aren’t often reflected in mass media. This is true of both our feature documentary work and our shorts.
The U.S./Mexico border fence in Nogales
Over the past few years, we’ve been in production on a new documentary, Life on the Line. A half-hour film follows a 12-year-old girl and her family as they struggle to remain together across international boundaries. The film and new media project are currently in progress and are expected to be released in 2014.
