Priscilla, age 8

Priscilla lives in El Paso not far from the U.S./Mexico border.  When she was a baby, she had to have surgery on her foot.  That same day proved to be a fateful one for her family when her father was arrested for driving and talking on his cell phone at the same time, and he was subsequently deported. Priscilla still misses her dad.
